The Volkswagen Touareg W12 Sport is a rare, high-performance SUV, powered by the flagship 6.0-litre naturally aspirated W12 engine—an engineering achievement conceived by Ferdinand Piëch and found only in top-tier models from Audi, Volkswagen, and Bentley, but never conceived to Porsche for their Cayenne platform. Producing 450hp, power is delivered to all four wheels through a six-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters.

This example was ordered and delivered new in the Netherlands, and was first registered in April 2005. It has been owned by the same family from new, from whom we acquired it. The car features a comprehensive factory specification, including air suspension, 20-inch alloy wheels, unique front and rear bumpers, tinted windows, wheel arch extensions, chrome exhaust tips, sport-specific seats, and aluminium tread plates bearing the “W12 Sport” insignia. This example is finished in Deep Blue Metallic—a signature color of VW’s high-performance range—with contrasting silver bumper accents and roof rails. The cabin is upholstered in black leather and Alcantara with brushed and machined aluminium trim.

With just 66.000km from new, this European delivered W12 Sport still retains its first factory coat of paint -proof the vehicle has never been repaired or accidented-, which together with its provenance and specification, make it one of the greatest examples of the model in existence.

Included in the sale are the original owner’s manuals and service book, VW Radio Card, service invoices, Spanish registration papers, and all three original keys.
